I hate the fact that everyone thinks they’re a rapper. Most are just following trends. Ya’ll just crowd the leg room for people who do it for real life, and have real things to talk about. I compare rap to a million people who are trying to shop at the same boutique. Some of us really love and care about the clothing. Some of us passionately study the fashion, and know the designers, while other’s crowd the store just to stay up with the next man. I can break down The “Every Other” rap fucker’s lyrics.
Yall ready?
Here it is … It’s The Bitches, The Money, The Fame, The Clothes, The Cars, The Street Life, The Attitude, The Glory , The Respect, The Haters, & The Cold Lyrics THAT YOU DON’T HAVE AND NEVER WILL HAVE.
Hip Hop once represented how we truly felt. We weren’t afraid to keep it real all across the board. That’s why people gravitated towards it because we could relate. It was relevant, and custom to it’s real followers, not like this generic one size fits all radio bullshit. Would you go and take a person to lunch who you can’t relate to and lies to you more than they tell the truth? (Sounds like a lot of relationships lol)but If you said you would…then fuck you, but if you wouldn’t, Then why the fuck are you buying their records, or spending your valuable time illegally downloading their toxic wastes? Because we ( and I mean WE) have been trained to be entertained by ignorance. I’m not trying to discourage anyone from doing anything, but if you want to do something, take the time out to study it! Go out and discover the hidden treasures, be that person to do it like no other can or ever will do it. I’m not the greatest, but one day I will not only be the greatest, but I’ll be the greatest in a lane that I created. Why because I care about my craft. It’s something that I brought to life, and I’ve decided not to neglect it. I guess it makes sense why most of you “Rappers” are bad fathers.
Go To School, and Get a Job
and I’ll put it like this, Jordan didn’t become the Jordan we know, by doing nothing his entire life, and then waking up and winning Championships. Michael Jackson didn’t learn to sing and dance, by sitting his ass on couches all day. I’ll close this out with a hip hop reference.
Nas became a hip hop legend, not before, but AFTER he dropped out of the 9th grade. Listen to Illmatic or even his demo tape before that. Why am I telling you to do this?, because if you listen to it you’ll think… he doesn’t sound like a drop out. He has a large vocabulary , and actually knows what he’s talking about! Why? because he cared enough about his craft to study! He studied everything, because he talks about everything! You don’t need traditional education to educate or to tell your real stories to the people. If you just do you, and don’t worry about what the next man’s doing, most of you” Rappers” won’t even be rappin. We have future doctors, astronauts, painters, screen writers, barbers, stylists, all trying to be rappers. Everyone has their own destiny. So with that said….
Don’t Fake The Shit, Know Your Self, Know Your Shit, Study The Shit, Master The Shit and Be The Shit. You’ll look up and you’ll have a trail of your shit all over the world … hahaha xD
it’s simple
This has been on my mind for a minute, but I just had to get it off my chest. I’m not going to close this out like a robotic school paper so thanks for reading , and if I had any typo’s… my bad, I’m rushing! - Haile
